By booking a service with AV Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services

We provide residential, commercial, and specialist cleaning services as described on our website or in your booking confirmation.

Services are carried out at the agreed location and time, based on availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or online.

Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

If our team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online invoice.

Late payments may be subject to a £25 administration fee and interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Customer Obligations

The customer must ensure safe access to the property and provide all necessary utilities (electricity, water, etc.).

Any valuables, fragile items, or items of sentimental value should be safely stored prior to our arrival.

Customers must inform us in advance of any hazards or special instructions (e.g., pets, alarms, allergies, or delicate surfaces).
5. Our Commitment

All cleaners are vetted, insured, and trained to provide high-quality cleaning services.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products unless otherwise requested.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
6. Liability

We are insured for public liability and accidental damage.

AV Cleaning Ltd is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

We are not responsible for damages caused by faulty equipment, poorly fitted fixtures, or lack of maintenance on the customer’s part.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, illness, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect client confidentiality and never share personal information with third parties without consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Recurring service agreements may require a minimum 7-day cancellation notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
